GAMHARIA – XITE College’s NSS unit organized a cleanliness campaign and village survey in Pindra Bera Panchayat, Gamharia.

The initiative forms part of broader rural development efforts. Moreover, it emphasizes community engagement in hygiene practices.

The panchayat boasts essential educational facilities. Furthermore, it houses multiple Anganwadi centers serving local children.

Community Participation

Local leaders actively supported the program. Meanwhile, Ward Member Gorkha Hembram guided the student volunteers.

The village maintains crucial healthcare infrastructure. Besides, it operates educational institutions at primary and middle levels.

Survey Findings

The NSS team documented village amenities comprehensively. Additionally, they gathered data about local development needs.

Social worker Uday Mardi joined the initiative. However, the main focus remained on Anganwadi center cleanliness.
