JAMSHEDPUR – A significant meeting was held at Naganal Temple, Chakulia, to address concerns over atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh.
On Thursday, the temple in Ward No. 11 hosted members from various temple committees under the leadership of Swami Hansanand Giri. The gathering aimed to promote Hindu unity and awareness. During the meeting, nine proposals were unanimously passed to address the ongoing issues.
A key decision was the organization of a protest rally on December 9. The rally will commence at Rasmanch in Purana Bazaar and culminate at the Gaushala in Naya Bazaar. After the rally, a delegation will meet the Block Development Officer to submit a memorandum addressed to the President of India.
The meeting also stressed the need for extensive promotion to ensure the rally’s success. Participation will be restricted to individuals from the Hindu community. Organizers emphasized unity and urged all temples to contribute actively.
Prominent attendees included Anand Brahmachari of Tulsi Bani Ashram, Laxmi Narayan Das, Dinesh Singh, Kanhaiya Sahl, Alok Lodha, and others. Speaking at the meeting, a participant highlighted the importance of the rally, stating, “This is not just a protest but a responsibility to raise awareness about the plight of Hindus in Bangladesh.”
This initiative is expected to bring regional and international attention to the ongoing issues faced by the Hindu community.
