JAMSHEDPUR – First-year students from XITE Gamharia gained valuable industry insights during their visit to CTC India’s advanced manufacturing facility.

The industrial tour aimed at bridging academic-industry gaps.

Meanwhile, Deputy Manager Amit Nath Prasad guided students through the facility.

Moreover, the company has expanded from producing 10,000 tools annually to 20 million.

Furthermore, CTC India operates two plants in Jamshedpur and one in Germany.

"Such exposure helps students understand real-world business operations," remarked an industry expert.

Additionally, the company manufactures 80 different products using German technology.

On the other hand, their recent EU patent highlights their global market presence.

However, the partnership with Kyocera Group marks a significant business expansion.

Besides, the company employs over 400 skilled workers across its facilities.

"This visit demonstrated modern manufacturing excellence," noted an educational consultant.
