JAMSHEDPUR – MLA Saryu Roy will lead a protest at the Deputy Commissioner’s office on October 1, addressing concerns over delayed development projects in Jamshedpur East constituency.
The Bharatiya Janata Morcha held a crucial meeting at its Baridih office.
District President Subodh Srivastava presided over the gathering, which saw MLA Saryu Roy’s participation.
Srivastava announced the upcoming demonstration, focusing on various public issues.
Meanwhile, Roy emphasized the mixed progress in development work over the past three years.
He noted significant achievements post-COVID but expressed frustration over stalled projects.
Moreover, the MLA revealed that over two dozen schemes remain inactive despite foundation-laying ceremonies.
Roy stressed the importance of pressuring JUSCO, JNAC, and the district administration through this protest.
Furthermore, he highlighted successful interventions in addressing drinking water issues in Buiyandih, Lal Bhatta, and Jojobera.
The legislator urged local party leaders to engage in public outreach about ongoing and planned initiatives.
In addition, Roy instructed them to run awareness campaigns at the mandal level.
He encouraged highlighting both completed projects and future development plans to constituents.
On the other hand, the meeting saw attendance from various BJP leaders and workers.
Ajay Sinha, Manoj Singh Ujjain, and Chandrashekhar Rao were among the notable attendees.
Other participants included Vikas Gupta, Rajesh Kumar, Amit Sharma, and Manju Singh.
