JAMSHEDPUR – Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address a significant public rally at Gopal Maidan in Bistupur, Jamshedpur, on Sunday.

This event is expected to be historic as it comes just ahead of the Jharkhand Assembly elections, and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leaving no stone unturned to make it a grand success.

Extensive Preparations Underway

To ensure a large turnout, the BJP’s state and district committees are actively working on the ground.

Several senior party leaders, including BJP State President Babulal Marandi, Member of Parliament Aditya Sahu, MP Vidyut Varan Mahato, Leader of Opposition Amar Bauri, and former Union Minister Arjun Munda, have been personally inviting representatives from various local organizations and communities to join the event.

On Friday, these leaders visited Gopal Maidan to review the preparations and provided necessary instructions to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Special Arrangements for Security

A massive tent is being erected at Gopal Maidan to accommodate the large number of attendees expected at the rally.

Separate entry gates have been designated for workers, while a special entrance is being constructed for Prime Minister Modi.

In a unique security arrangement, a wall of the Maidan will be broken to create a separate route for his entry.

Attendees will have to walk to the venue as vehicles will not be allowed near Gopal Maidan, with drop-off points located at a distance.

Massive Turnout Expected

Abhay Singh, the rally coordinator, has urged everyone to arrive at Gopal Maidan by 9 AM.

The rally is expected to draw large crowds not only from Jamshedpur but also from surrounding areas such as Jugsalai, Bagbera, Sakchi, Govindpur, Sitaramdera, Sidgora, Baridih, Birsanagar, Burmamines, Adityapur, Gamharia, Manoharpur, Chaibasa, Sini, Baharagora, Ghatsila, Galudih, Dumaria, and Chakulia.

In addition to Modi’s address, the program will feature cultural performances, including Chhau dance, Danka parties, and Nagada parties, with several groups invited to perform.
