Government Schemes Camp in Jugsalai Attracts Over 400 Participants
A camp organized by the Jugsalai Municipal Council at Ram Janaki Kanya Madhya Vidyalaya provided local residents with easy access to government schemes, drawing 410 participants as part of the “Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar” program.

JAMSHEDPUR – In a significant initiative to bring government welfare schemes closer to the people, a camp was organized by the Jugsalai Municipal Council at Ram Janaki Kanya Madhya Vidyalaya in Jugsalai.
The camp, part of the “Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar” program, saw enthusiastic participation from around 410 local residents.
The event featured a variety of government schemes aimed at uplifting different sections of society.
Key welfare programs highlighted at the camp included the Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Urban Livelihood Mission, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban), Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana, Jharkhand Chief Minister Maiya Samman Yojana, Sarvajan Pension Scheme, and the Food Supply Security Scheme.
In addition to these, a health checkup camp was also organized by the Health Department.
Residents could submit applications for various services, such as road, drain, hand pump, and street light repairs, as well as issues related to cleanliness, trade licenses, water connections, and birth and death certificates.
Aadhaar update information and online applications for government schemes were also facilitated by Pragya Kendra.
During the camp, a total of 287 applications were received from the public.
Sandeep Paswan, Executive Officer of Jugsalai Municipal Council, inspected the camp and urged residents to take full advantage of the available government welfare schemes.
The event was attended by City Manager Rajendra Kumar, City Mission Manager Glenish Minj, Junior Engineers Mukesh Kumar Modi and Tanuj Jain, and other officials, including Shakeel Ahmed Ansari, Ajit Kumar, Pranav Mandal, and Community Organizer Pushpa Tirkey, along with representatives from various departments.
