JAMSHEDPUR – Rotary Club, Jamshedpur, conducted a drug awareness workshop at DAV Public School, Bistupur, for students from grades 7 to 12.
The workshop aimed to raise awareness about the risks of substance abuse and to encourage students to stay vigilant and informed.
Rotary Club President Mr. Mangi Lal Chawla, along with Rotarians Mr. Sunit Kumar, Mr. Rohan Mehta, and Mrs. Asha Singh, were present at the event.
Keynote speakers Rotarian Dr. Neena Gupta and Dr. Rajeev Singh inspired students to maintain a drug-free life, stressing the importance of making the right choices.
Dr. Gupta emphasized, "In any situation, you must distance yourself from drugs. Your future depends on the decisions you make today."
Dr. Singh added, "Choosing the right path is crucial. Never let circumstances push you towards substance abuse."

The school principal, Mrs. Pragya Singh, also addressed the students, urging them to take the advice seriously.
"These lessons are not just for today; they are for your entire life. Stay committed to a bright and drug-free future," she advised.
