Pre-primary students showcase diverse talents in interdisciplinary displays
Young learners at Kerala Public School Kadma demonstrate creativity and knowledge in annual exhibition.
JAMSHEDPUR – On August 22, 2024, the pre-primary wing of Kerala Public School, Kadma conducted its annual exhibition, "Creativity Unleashed," which featured the diverse talents of its students.
The event, which was held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., featured displays from pupils who were at least 3.5 years old.
Chairperson Manorama Nair and Founder Principal Shanta Vaidyanathan were among the distinguished visitors.
The event was also attended by Principal Sharmila Mukherjee and Headmistress Alamelu Ravishankar.
The exhibition emphasized interdisciplinary displays that addressed a wide range of topics.
The subjects that were highlighted included Art, Grammar, General Awareness, Moral Science, Mathematics, and Hindi.
The exhibits showcased language abilities by featuring three-letter words with phonics and actions.
The expanding vocabulary and numeracy of students were illustrated by the use of compound words and number names.
The acquisition of general knowledge was reflected in the displays on shapes and modes of transportation.
The significance of personal well-being was underscored by the health and sanitation topics.
Applied mathematics skills were demonstrated through innovative initiatives such as an addition machine game.
Environmental awareness among young learners is exemplified by water-saving methods.
