Jamshedpur MP Rep Under Fire: BJP Members Demand Removal

Delegation submits memorandum citing inefficiency and favoritism allegations

A controversy unfolds as BJP members protest against Jamshedpur MP’s representative Sanjeev Kumar.

JAMSHEDPUR – BJP members have officially protested against Sanjeev Kumar, the emissary of Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahto, on the grounds of inefficiency and favoritism.

A memorandum was submitted to MP Mahto by a delegation of BJP leaders, led by Lalan Yadav from Kitadih, Parsudih.

Former Panchayat Samiti member Jitendra Yadav and other party members comprised the committee.

Kumar was allegedly accused by petitioners of neglecting his broader responsibilities and serving only a select few.

They said that Kumar’s performance has not been advantageous to the scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, and marginalized communities.

Kumar’s purported inefficiency was cited as the cause of the increasing resentment within these communities.

The delegation expressed apprehension that Kumar’s actions are eroding the MP’s reputation.

They encouraged MP Mahto to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the allegations.

The group demanded Kumar’s removal and replacement in order to restore confidence in the office.

The complaints were acknowledged by MP Mahto, who pledged to take the matter into consideration.

The controversy has incited a discussion regarding the accountability and function of MP representatives in the region.
