Karim City College hosts workshop featuring UPSC-2023 Jharkhand topper Swati Sharma, who shared insights on exam preparation strategies.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Center for Guidance and Counseling at Karim City College organized a workshop on UPSC exam preparation, featuring Jamshedpur’s own Swati Sharma, the 2023 Jharkhand topper.

Swati Sharma, who secured All India Rank 17 in UPSC-2023, delivered the keynote address at the college auditorium.

The workshop focused on effective strategies for preparing for the prestigious civil services examination.

Sharma emphasized the importance of setting clear goals and maintaining consistency in preparation.

She advised students to thoroughly study the UPSC syllabus and read major newspapers regularly.

The importance of honesty and confidence in the preparation process was highlighted by the topper.

Dr. Zaki Akhtar, Coordinator of the Center for Guidance and Counseling, introduced Swati Sharma and discussed the role of proper guidance in shaping students’ futures.

Dr. Mohammad Reyaz, the college in-charge, delivered the welcome speech and shared concluding thoughts.

Student Kohli Boss conducted the event, while Pragati gave the vote of thanks.

Dr. Zaki Akhtar served as the program counselor, with Syed Sajid Parvez as the administrator.

The workshop provided valuable insights to aspiring civil servants at Karim City College.
