XLRI Jamshedpur Maintains 9th Rank in NIRF 2024 Rankings
Top management institutes revealed; IIM Ahmedabad retains first position
Jamshedpur’s XLRI secures 9th spot in NIRF 2024 management rankings, maintaining its position among India’s top 10 business schools.
JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI – Xavier School of Management in Jamshedpur has retained its 9th position in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2024 for management colleges.
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan unveiled the NIRF 2024 rankings in Delhi earlier today.
XLRI Jamshedpur continues to be recognized among the top 10 management schools in India.
IIM Ahmedabad maintained its position as the top business school in the country.
IIM Bangalore and IIM Kozhikode secured the second and third positions, respectively.
IIT Delhi improved its ranking, moving up to the fourth spot.
IIM Calcutta slipped to the fifth position in this year’s rankings.
IIM Mumbai, formerly known as the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, climbed from seventh to sixth place.
IIM Lucknow moved down one spot to seventh rank.
IIM Indore and IIT Bombay retained their eighth and tenth positions, respectively.
The NIRF 2024 rankings covered 16 different categories, including overall universities, colleges, and various specialized fields.
A record 10,885 institutions applied for this year’s rankings, showcasing increased participation and competition among Indian educational institutions.
IIT Madras was declared the top institution across all categories in the country.
AIIMS New Delhi topped the medical institutions ranking, while IIM Ahmedabad led in management institutions.
Hindu College of Delhi University secured the first position in the college category.
