Anger erupted among BJP workers in Jamshedpur on Friday over the ongoing violence against Hindus in Bangladesh following the military coup and the establishment of an interim government.
JAMSHEDPUR – Anger erupted among BJP workers in Jamshedpur on Friday over the ongoing violence against Hindus in Bangladesh following the military coup and the establishment of an interim government.
Led by Kadma Mandal President Ajit Singh, BJP workers burned an effigy of Bangladeshi extremists in protest.
The workers marched from Kadma Rankini Temple to Kadma Bazaar, raising slogans against the perpetrators.
Protesters expressed their outrage over the continuous targeting of Hindus, temples, women, and businesses in Bangladesh.
The march saw the participation of District President Sudhanshu Ojha, Dipu Singh, Amarendra Malik, Keshav Singh, and hundreds of other workers.
The protesters demanded that the Indian government take a strong stand against the atrocities being committed against Hindus in Bangladesh.
They also called for international intervention to protect the minority community in the neighboring country.
The demonstration reflected the growing concern and solidarity among the people of Jamshedpur towards the plight of Hindus in Bangladesh.
