Two Robbers Arrested by MGM Police in Jamshedpur

In a successful operation, MGM police arrested two robbers involved in a series of highway robberies on NH-33, sending them to judicial custody.
JAMSHEDPUR – MGM police arrested two men involved in highway robberies on NH-33, seizing a loaded pistol, knife, and other items during a routine check.
The arrested individuals, identified as 26-year-old J Singh from Golmuri Tuiladungri and R Singh from Sakchi Kasidih Road No. 1, were found with a loaded country-made pistol, three mobile phones, a router, a Maruti 800 car, and a knife.
MGM police station in-charge Ram Babu Mandal stated that five criminals were planning a robbery and driving towards the crime scene on NH-33 when they were intercepted.
A checking operation was set up in front of Mukhiadanga, where police signaled the approaching car from Ghatshila to stop.
The car driver attempted to flee, but with police assistance, two criminals were captured near Baliguma.
The other three criminals, identified as G Singh, Y Singh, and L Singh, managed to escape.
The arrested robbers have been sent to judicial custody, and the search for the remaining criminals is ongoing.
Police sources added that this operation highlights the ongoing efforts of the MGM police to curb criminal activities on the highways.
