JAMSHEDPUR – The Mukhi Samaj has stepped in following the shooting of Tata Steel employee Budheshwar Mukhi, demanding immediate action from local authorities.
A delegation from the Central Mukhi Samaj Mulnivasi, spearheaded by Central President Hari Mukhi, visited the injured Budheshwar Mukhi at Tata Main Hospital.
The group inquired about the incident details and advocated for improved medical care.
Following the hospital visit, the delegation proceeded to Kadma police station to meet with law enforcement officials.
They engaged in discussions with the DSP and the police station in-charge, emphasizing the urgent need to apprehend those responsible for the shooting.
Hari Mukhi articulated the Samaj’s firm stance against the incident, calling for a high-level investigation.
Executive President Poresh Mukhi reinforced this sentiment, stressing the importance of a comprehensive inquiry to prevent future occurrences.
The delegation’s visit to the police station included several prominent members of the Mukhi Samaj.
Among those present were Lakhindra Karuva, Mujim Mukhi, Rakesh Mukhi, Ashish Mukhi, PK Karuva, Vikas Mukhi, and Dheeraj Mukhi.
The shooting took place in the Kadma police station area, with the investigation still ongoing.
"We strongly oppose this incident and demand immediate arrest of the criminals," stated Hari Mukhi during the meeting with police officials.
