Police Tighten Security Measures in Jamshedpur to Curb Criminal Activities
Gangster Akhilesh Singh’s associate Kanhaiya Singh to be shifted from Ghaghidih Jail to prevent operational crimes.
In an effort to curb criminal activities, Jamshedpur police are tightening measures against criminals, particularly those housed in Ghaghidih Jail.
JAMSHEDPUR – The police in Jamshedpur are taking strict measures to control crime and criminal activities, especially focusing on inmates in Ghaghidih Jail.
As part of this effort, inmates are being shifted to prevent them from orchestrating crimes from within the jail.
The latest to be shifted is Kanhaiya Singh, a shooter associated with gangster Akhilesh Singh’s gang, who will be moved to Daltonganj.
Preparations for Kanhaiya Singh’s transfer have been made, and he will soon be shifted to ensure that he cannot operate criminal activities from jail.
This move is also aimed at preventing clashes among inmates.
Previously, the jail administration transferred gangster Akhilesh Singh to Dumka, followed by Neeraj Dubey, who was also shifted to Dumka Jail.
After that, Ganesh Singh was moved to Giridih Jail, and now it’s Kanhaiya Singh’s turn.
It is reported that other inmates will also be transferred, focusing on major criminals.
Inside the jail, stringent measures are being taken to prevent clashes even among lower-level inmates.
Rival gangs, including those of Paramjit Singh, Akhilesh Singh, Ganesh Singh, and Neeraj Dubey, are being kept in separate sections to avoid face-to-face encounters.
Security within the jail has been tightened, with surveillance on visitors and inmates under constant CCTV monitoring.
