Massive Shake-up in Jharkhand’s Registry Offices
15 Registrars Transferred Across State in Major Administrative Reshuffle
The Jharkhand government has implemented a sweeping reorganization of registry offices, transferring 15 registrars to new positions throughout the state.
RANCHI – In a significant administrative move, the Jharkhand government has reassigned 15 registrars to various districts, including changes in Jamshedpur and Ghatsila.
The extensive reshuffle impacts multiple districts across Jharkhand, with registrars being moved to new locations and roles.
Ghasi Ram Pingua, formerly the registrar of Ghatsila, has been appointed as the new registrar for Seraikela Kharsawan.
Ujjwal Minj, previously serving as the Seraikela Kharsawan registrar, has been promoted to the position of Assistant Registration Inspector General.
Ram Kumar Madheshiya has been transferred from Hazaribagh to take charge as the new registrar of Jamshedpur.
Dharmendra Kumar, who held the position of Jamshedpur registrar, will now oversee operations in Chandil, Seraikela Kharsawan district.
The government has moved Rameshwar Prasad Singh from Koderma to Dhanbad as the district’s new registrar.
Ramji Tigga has been reassigned from Dhanbad to Gumla, taking on the role of district registrar there.
Vikas Kumar, previously stationed in Barhi, will now serve as the registrar for Koderma.
Saurabh Verma has been transferred from Pakur to Bokaro, assuming the responsibilities of district registrar.
Ashok Kumar Sinha, formerly in Palamu, has been appointed as the new registrar for Chaibasa.
Vikash Soren, who was the registrar in Chaibasa, will now take charge in Palamu.
Deepika Kumari has been reassigned within Giridih district, moving from Jamua to Dumri as the new registrar.
Dilip Kumar Singh, previously the registrar of Gumla, has been transferred to Govindpur in Dhanbad district.
Prafulla Kumar, who served as the registrar in Chandil, will now oversee operations in Ghatsila.
Rajesh Ekka has been moved from the Inspector General Headquarters to become the new registrar of Hazaribagh.
Santosh Kumar, formerly at the Inspector General Registry 1, has been appointed as the registrar for Palamu.
"This reshuffle aims to enhance administrative efficiency and bring fresh perspectives to various registry offices across the state," said a senior official from the state government, speaking on condition of anonymity.
