Xavier’s School Gamharia Holds Student Council Investiture Ceremony
Priya Das Elected President As New Leaders Take Oath Of Office
Principal emphasizes positive influence as outgoing members hand over responsibilities.
JAMSHEDPUR – Xavier’s School in Gamharia recently held its Student Council investiture ceremony to inaugurate the newly elected student leaders.
Priya Das was elected as president, with Ramdhan Pradhan serving as vice-president. The election was unanimous.
Tamanna Mandal and Toofan Mandal were selected as the secretary and co-secretary, respectively.
Ashutosh Kumar Bhagat has been chosen as the parade commander for the school.
The ceremony started off with a procession led by the elected members, accompanied by the school band.
Sahitya Singh and Shreya Raj, who were council members, have now passed on their responsibilities to the new team.
Principal Father Sebastian, a Jesuit priest, served as the chief guest and highlighted the significance of positive influence.
The announcement was made for the house captains and vice-captains of Jaguar, Panther, Cheetah, and Leopard houses.
"We wish the newly elected members a bright future," Father Sebastian stated during the oath ceremony.
Vice Principal Father Dayanidhi and other staff members contributed to the program’s success.
