Shooting of Chhattisgarhi Devotional Album ‘Mahamaya’ Completed at Sonari Ram Mandir

Local artistes come together for the unique devotional video album to celebrate Sawan festival.

The shooting of the Chhattisgarhi devotional video album ‘Mahamaya’ was successfully completed at Shri Ram Mandir in Sonari.

JAMSHEDPUR – Under the banner of Uday Movies, the shooting of the Chhattisgarhi devotional video album ‘Mahamaya’ was completed at Shri Ram Mandir in Sonari.

The event witnessed participation from dozens of local artistes.

Uday Sahu, Chairman of Uday Movies, announced that the video was produced for the upcoming Sawan festival and featured local talent.

For the first time, Chhattisgarhi language artistes will perform Dandiya in a devotional song, adding a unique element to the video.

Renowned Bhajan singer Radha Rani lent her voice to the project.

The video will soon be available on the YouTube channel ‘Uday Movies Chhattisgarhi’.

The main actors in the video include Hema Sahu, Preeti Kaur, Chandni Singh, Madho Chandra Sahu, Diya, Payal, Sona, Kinjar, Mahi, Lachi, Riya, Ram Sahu, Pushendra Mahato, Mohit, Chandan, Saket Singh, Tamanna, Divya, and Haridarshan Singh.

The project was directed and produced by Uday Sahu, with DOP Surya, Subhash, and technical support from Tanishq and Prem.

Uday Sahu remarked, "We are excited to bring this unique devotional project to life, especially with the inclusion of Dandiya in a Chhattisgarhi song."

The completion of this project marks a significant contribution to the local cultural landscape.
