Social organization honors BJP founder’s legacy of national unity and service

JAMSHEDPUR – Social organization "Koshish Ek Muskan Laane Ki" held a commemorative event on Sunday to mark the Balidan Diwas (Martyrdom Day) of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee, founder of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh.

Shiv Shankar Singh, patron of Koshish, led the gathering in paying homage to Dr. Mookerjee.

Singh highlighted Dr. Mookerjee’s unforgettable efforts towards national unity and integration.

"Dr. Mookerjee’s noble ideals, rich thoughts, and commitment to public service continue to inspire us," Singh stated.

The event included speeches on Dr. Mookerjee’s life and contributions to Indian politics.

Pappu Kumar conducted the program, with Ved Prakash delivering the welcome address.

Rakesh Giri concluded the event with closing remarks.

Notable attendees included Martin, Anup Kumar, Manoj Kumar Manjhi, and Dilip Kumar Mandal.

The organization emphasized Dr. Mookerjee’s role in shaping India’s post-independence political landscape.
