Preparations Underway for Chief Minister Champai Soren’s Visit to Ghatshila
Senior officials review arrangements for the 14th Mahasammelan and upcoming Bhoomi Pujan ceremony.
In anticipation of Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren’s visit to Ghatshila on Saturday for the 14th Mahasammelan of the traditional self-governance system on June 22, senior officials conducted a thorough inspection of the preparations.
JAMSHEDPUR – On Thursday, Senior Superintendent of Police of East Singhbhum district, Kishore Kaushal, and Deputy Development Commissioner, Manish Kumar, inspected the arrangements being made for the upcoming events in Ghatshila.
SSP Kaushal obtained detailed information about the program from Desh Pargana Baiju Murmu.
The officials reviewed the barricading and other logistical preparations, providing necessary guidelines to ensure a smooth event.
They also inspected the potential helipad site at Circus Ground.
Additionally, Chief Minister Champai Soren will perform the Bhoomi Pujan of a new guest house to be built by the Forest Department at Burudih Dam, a popular tourist spot, on June 23.
Cleanliness and other arrangements for this event were also inspected.
A large number of administrative officers were present during the inspection, including Law and Order Officer Anand Kumar, Ghatsila Sub-Divisional Officer Sachchidanand Mahato, Musabani DSP Sandeep Bhagat, Ghatsila Block Development Officer Unique Sharma, Zonal Officer Nishant Ambar, Ghatsila Police Station Incharge Madhusudan Dey, and Maubhandaar OP SI Manoj Kumar.
The comprehensive review aims to ensure that both the Mahasammelan and the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony proceed without any issues, reflecting the importance of these events.
