Health Minister and Jamshedpur West MLA Emphasizes Rapid Area Development

Banna Gupta held a review meeting to discuss the rapid development of Jamshedpur West, stressing the importance of civic amenities and effective governance.

JAMSHEDPUR – On Sunday, June 16, 2024, Jamshedpur West MLA and State Health Minister Banna Gupta conducted a review meeting with key officials to discuss the rapid development of the area.

The meeting, held at Gupta’s residential office, included Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee Krishna Kumar, Senior General Manager of Jusco RK Singh, and other officials.

During the meeting, Minister Gupta provided critical instructions on several important topics.

He emphasized the need for consistent drinking water and electricity supply in all settlements.

Gupta also stressed the importance of regular cleanliness, ensuring garbage collection from houses, and cleaning major drains before the monsoon season.

He instructed officials to conduct regular fogging in the area to prevent disease outbreaks.

Additionally, Gupta highlighted the necessity of implementing public welfare schemes and development projects effectively.

He also called for arrangements to facilitate parking on the main roads of Kadma-Sonari.

Minister Gupta stated, "It is my responsibility to provide better civic facilities to the people of the area, and I will not compromise on public interest issues. Officers must work with sensitivity and accountability to meet the aspirations of the people promptly."

He warned that officers failing to act in the public’s interest would face consequences.

The review meeting underscored Gupta’s commitment to improving civic amenities and ensuring effective governance in Jamshedpur West.
