CM Champai Soren Visits Hemant Soren in Hotwar Jail
First Meeting After Election Results; CM Retakes Alamgir Alam’s Departments
Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren visited Hotwar Jail to meet former Chief Minister Hemant Soren for the first time since the election results.
RANCHI – Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren made a significant visit to Hotwar Jail, where he met with former Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
This visit marks the first meeting between the two leaders since the election results were declared.
It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Champai Soren has reclaimed all departments previously overseen by jailed minister Alamgir Alam.
Alamgir Alam is currently in jail due to his involvement in the Tender Allocation Commission scam, which has disrupted departmental work.
To ensure smooth functioning, CM Champai Soren has assumed control of all the affected departments.
This visit follows a previous meeting between the two leaders eight days ago, during which CM Soren shared feedback regarding the Lok Sabha elections.
The visit underscores the ongoing political dynamics and administrative adjustments in Jharkhand.
