Major Fire at Bokaro’s Raju Line Hotel, Property Worth 25 Lakhs Lost

A fierce fire due to short circuit at Raju Line Hotel in Bokaro led to a loss of property worth 25 lakhs.

BOKARO – Raju Satyam Food Plaza, located in Balidih Police Station area on Bokaro to Ranchi National Highway No. 23, witnessed a devastating fire. A property worth Rs 25 lakh was engulfed by the flames.

Upon receiving information about the fire, the local firefighting team, assisted by locals, managed to control the inferno.

The fire’s origin is attributed to an electrical short circuit. According to the hotel owner, Raju Kumar Singh, he was alerted about the smoke around 4:30 to 5:00, and by the time they reached, the hotel was fully ablaze.

The hotel staff and locals started tackling the fire before the arrival of the fire department. Many appliances, including AC, fridge, table, chair, fan, were completely burnt in the incident, amounting to a loss of about Rs 25 lakh.
