Jewelry Traders Meet with SSP to Discuss Security and Law and Order
SSP Kishore Kaushal and Police Team Commended for Prompt Action
Jamshedpur Police held a direct dialogue program with the city’s jewelry traders to address security, law and order, and traffic concerns.
JAMSHEDPUR – A direct dialogue program was organized between the jewelry traders of Jamshedpur city and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishore Kaushal, along with other senior police officers, at the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
During the event, jewelry traders provided suggestions to the police administration regarding the city’s law and order, traffic system, and the security of markets and shops, particularly jewelry stores.
Attending the program were DSP CCR Anjani Tiwari, DSP City Sudhir Kumar, DSP Headquarters-2 Niranjan Tiwari, DSP Law and Order Tauqeer Alam, DSP Patmda Bachchandev Kujur, and Sonari Police Station Incharge Saryu Anand.
Welcoming the police officers, President Vijay Anand Moonka praised the efforts of the police team led by SSP Kishore Kaushal in maintaining the city’s law and order.
He specifically lauded the police’s swift action in apprehending the criminals involved in the robbery at a Sonari jewelry shop on election day, May 25.
Traders raised several demands related to law and order, traffic management, security arrangements in markets, availability of police at crossroads, traffic jams, night patrolling, proper checking at check posts, installation of no-entry signboards, and removal of anti-social elements near jewelry shops.
Addressing the members, SSP Kishore Kaushal emphasized the significant contribution of Jamshedpur’s traders to the city’s development and reiterated the police’s commitment to maintaining security and providing a safe environment.
He also advised traders to install high-quality CCTV cameras in their shops for enhanced security.
The Singhbhum Chamber felicitated the police team that solved the Sonari MB Jewelers robbery case, including Sonari police station in-charge Saryu Anand and team members Amit Kumar Chaudhary, Diwakar Dhobi, Santosh Kumar, Ravikant Mishra, Asif Iqbal, Sunil Kumar, Manoj Kumar Paswan, Mukesh Kumar, and others.
In the program, Manoj Adesara of the Jewelers Association presented traders’ suggestions to the police regarding jewelry shop security.
