JAMSHEDPUR – The voting process for the Jamshedpur Lok Sabha seat began at 7:00 AM, with many voters arriving at polling stations even before the official start time.
In rural areas, people were seen queuing up at polling booths well before the designated time, showcasing their eagerness to participate in the electoral process.
Urban areas also witnessed long queues as voters came out in large numbers to exercise their franchise.
Smooth Voting Process and Tight Security
The district administration was highly active, ensuring a smooth voting process across the constituency.

As of 8:00 AM, no incidents of disturbance or unrest were reported, with voting proceeding peacefully throughout the Lok Sabha constituency.
Several VIPs of Jamshedpur cast their votes early in the day, adding to the high turnout.

Dr. Ajay Kumar, former MP of Jamshedpur, cast his vote at Telco Shiksha Niketan.
Tata Steel MD TV Narendran voted at Loyola School.
Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy, along with his family, cast their votes at booth number 155.
Minister Banna Gupta, along with other notable figures, voted at various polling stations including Kadma DBMS School.
Saryu Roy Encourages High Voter Turnout
After casting his vote, Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy urged everyone to come out and vote.
He noted the significant enthusiasm among youth and women for this election.
There’s a lot of excitement about voting this time, and I believe we will see a record turnout,” said a social activisi.
He praised the district administration for their preparations and commended the efforts of the polling personnel.
