Jogga Leads Strategic Meeting at JRD Tata Sports Complex to Promote Student Athletics
The Jamshedpur Old Girls’ and Guys’ Association (Jogga) recently hosted a pivotal meeting for local principals at the JRD Tata Sports Complex, emphasizing the integration of sports and education.
JAMSHEDPUR – The JRD Tata Sports Complex was the venue for an important gathering organized by the Jamshedpur Old Girls’ and Guys’ Association (Jogga), which saw participation from 25 principals across various educational institutions.
The meeting, led by Jogga’s President Archana Gupta and Secretary Lalita Sareen, along with key figures from Tata Football Academy, was designed to enhance cooperation and community among educators with a focus on sports development.
Highlights from the meeting included reflections on the achievements from last year’s sports championships, with Church School Beldih and Sacred Heart Convent School emerging as champions in their respective categories.
Jogga, which coordinates sports activities like athletics and team sports for over 35 affiliated schools, discussed strategies to further promote a sports culture among students, aiming to improve facilities and foster healthy competitive environments.
The principals’ engagement in the meeting underscored the collective commitment to using sports as a conduit for student development, recognizing the value of physical education in shaping well-rounded individuals.
