IHCL Introduces the Vivanta Brand to Jamshedpur with a Blend of Modernity and Local Culture

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), the largest hospitality company in India, announced today the opening of a new Vivanta hotel in Jamshedpur, marking another milestone for the company in the region.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has expanded its footprint in Jharkhand with the inauguration of the Vivanta hotel in Jamshedpur, located in the vibrant heart of the city.

This new establishment is a fusion of modern design and the rich tribal heritage of the area.

Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and CEO of IHCL, remarked on the significance of opening in Jamshedpur, a city with deep historical ties to the Tata Group and a major industrial center in India.

The Vivanta Jamshedpur, located strategically on Golmuri Road, features 95 elegantly designed rooms with views of the surrounding hills.

Dining options include Mynt for all-day dining, Red Pearl offering Pan-Asian cuisine, and The Grill for poolside barbecue.

Wink provides a stylish setting for exotic cocktails. The hotel also boasts comprehensive wellness facilities, including a gym and a rooftop swimming pool.

For events, Vivanta Jamshedpur offers extensive indoor and outdoor banqueting spaces totaling over 10,000 sq. ft.

Ranjan Das, General Manager at Vivanta Jamshedpur, expressed enthusiasm about introducing the hotel’s signature hospitality to guests, aiming to create memorable experiences through unique dining and personalized service.

With this launch, IHCL now operates two hotels in Jharkhand, under the Vivanta and Ginger brands, strengthening its portfolio in the region.
