Students from Jamshedpur Women’s University recently returned from a successful internship at Patanjali University, gaining invaluable yoga and therapy skills.
JAMSHEDPUR – The recent return of Jamshedpur Women’s University students marks the completion of a noteworthy internship at Patanjali University, where they were mentored by Swami Ramdev Maharaj.
Under his guidance, they immersed themselves in Naturopathy, Panchakarma Therapy, Acupressure Therapy, and Yoga Therapy.
They also participated in live programs, enhancing their practical experience.
The students have thanked Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Anjila Gupta for the opportunity, highlighting the university’s role in their professional growth.

The internship, a part of their M.A. Yoga course, is designed to deepen their practical knowledge in various yoga therapies.
It is organized annually in collaboration with Patanjali University, offering an immersive learning experience.
Coordinated by Dr. Annapurna Jha and Ravi Shankar Newar, the program supports students in acquiring specialized skills under expert guidance.
This initiative not only enhances their practical understanding but also prepares them for their professional journeys in the field of Yoga.
