61 Awards Won at National Marwari Convention
The Jharkhand Marwari Mahila Sammelan showcased exceptional achievements by winning 61 awards at the national convention, underscoring their impactful contributions across various sectors.
JAMSHEDPUR – The cultural program at the convention, themed around courageous women, and the morning rally, centered on Gopi Raas, reflected the event’s focus on nationalism and spirituality for the session 2022-‘24.
Jharkhand Provincial Treasurer Sushila Khirwal announced the convention’s outcomes and themes through a press release, emphasizing the focus on nationalism and spirituality.
Approximately 800 women from across India, including 17 delegates from Jamshedpur, attended the convention under the leadership of National President Nira Bathwal.
The event recognized the efforts of branches across Jharkhand, including Giridih, Ranchi, Dhanbad, Chirkunda, and Jamtara, for their outstanding contributions in various sectors.
The Jamshedpur branch was particularly lauded for its initiative of constructing its own auditorium, alongside receiving the Late Sushila Mohanka Memorial Award.
state President Manju Khandelwal was honored with the Late Sushila Mohanka Memorial Award, signifying leadership and contribution at the state and conference levels.
The awards celebrated the Jharkhand unit’s accomplishments in establishing a shop for the disabled in Katras, and their active participation in religious and community efforts.
The Akhil Bharatiya Marwari Mahila Sammelan (ABMMS) convention, hosted at the Gunayan Auditorium in Parasnath, highlighted the significant achievements of the Jharkhand unit.
