Jharkhand to Host State Yogasana Championship on April 7 at The Milanee
State-wide yoga championship to be held at Milanee Hall, Bistupur
The Jharkhand Chapter of the World Fitness Federation of Yogasana Sports India is set to host the Jharkhand State Yogasana Sports Championship, bringing together yoga enthusiasts from across the state.
JAMSHEDPUR – The one-day championship scheduled for Sunday, April 7, at the Milanee Hall in Bistupur, is the focal point of extensive preparations by the organizing committee.
Yoga Guru Anshu Sarkar announced the event will include competitions across 12 age categories, aiming to showcase the talents of participants from various demographics.
Registration for the event is open online, inviting a wide range of participants from schools, colleges, and various institutions to compete in categories from sub-juniors to masters and moms.
The event will start at 8 am and is expected to conclude with a prize distribution ceremony at 6 pm, celebrating the day’s achievements.
WFF International President Shivam Bhaduria, along with notable guests like Raj Kumar Gupta, Probal Ghosh, and Ananya Mittal, will grace the championship.
The prize distribution ceremony will feature Rajesh Singh and Ritu Rawat from the WFF organization, acknowledging the winners and participants of the championship.
This championship signifies a significant effort to promote yogasana as a competitive sport, highlighting the importance of yoga in fostering physical and mental well-being among individuals of all ages.
