The police have solved the case of Khushboo Kumari’s murder, revealing that her husband, Nitish Kumar, is the culprit behind the crime in Godda’s Balbadda police station area.

GODDA – In a shocking revelation, the Balbadda police have arrested Nitish Kumar for the murder of his newly-wed wife, Khushboo Kumari, whose body was found in a well on March 25, the day of Holi.

The couple, hailing from Kahalgaon police station area of Bhagalpur, Bihar, had tied the knot on March 2, and Khushboo went missing on March 22.

According to the police investigation, Nitish Kumar confessed to the crime, stating that he suspected his wife of having an affair.

“He had an affair earlier also,” said Balbadda police station in-charge Rahul Kumar Choubey, adding that the accused, in a fit of anger, called Khushboo to a deserted place and pushed her into a well, resulting in her death.

The police have arrested Nitish Kumar and are sending him to jail.

The incident had caused a sensation in the area when the dead body was discovered on the day of Holi.
