JAMSHEDPUR – A leopard’s unexpected visit to RSB Transmission Unit 1 in the Adityapur Industrial Area, Seraikela-Kharsawan district, has sent shockwaves through the company and surrounding areas.
The incident, which occurred on Sunday morning, has reportedly resulted in the injury of a laborer, though confirmation of the attack is pending.
The presence of the wild animal has significantly disrupted operations within the company, leading to heightened vigilance among the workforce and management. Efforts to safely capture and relocate the leopard are currently in full swing, spearheaded by a team from the Forest Department and top company officials.
Despite ongoing rescue operations, the leopard remains at large within the industrial unit’s premises. CCTV footage has captured the animal actively moving around the site, underscoring the urgency of the situation.
