Jamshedpur police’s foot patrolling in Bistupur underlines commitment to security and community engagement ahead of Lok Sabha elections.
JAMSHEDPUR – SSP Kishore Kaushal highlighted the significance of foot patrols for enhancing relations between the police and the public. The initiative, which involved traversing areas around Dhatkidih Lake and Howrah Bakery, aimed to strengthen law and order.
The patrol, which began at Loyola School, was conducted by a team led by SSP Kaushal and City SP Mukesh Kumar Lunayat, along with the Bistupur police station in-charge. Their efforts are part of ongoing security measures to address community concerns and improve overall safety.
Regular foot patrolling, conducted two to three days a week by police station in-charges, forms a critical component of these security efforts. The police reassured the community, emphasizing the importance of these patrols for their safety, particularly with the Lok Sabha elections approaching.
The foot patrolling in Bistupur on Thursday was led by SSP Kishore Kaushal and City SP Mukesh Kumar Lunayat. This initiative is part of a broader effort to ensure public safety and foster strong community relationships.
