TSDPL Extends Job Scheme Application Deadline

Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited pushes the job scheme deadline to March 31 due to low participation.

TSDPL aims to boost employee engagement in its Job Scheme, extending the application period.

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel DownStream Products Limited has postponed the Job Scheme deadline.

Originally ending on March 15, it’s now extended to March 31.

The extension aims to increase participation among employees.

Initial responses were low, with just a few applications received.

The scheme is designed to benefit at least 50 employees.

It offers jobs to dependents after an employee’s departure.

Dependents receive a Rs 16,000 monthly allowance during training.

Employees also get Rs 16,000 monthly until retirement.

This initiative reflects TSDPL’s effort to support its workforce.
