Tata Motors Unleases Electric Vehicle Discounts

Tata Motors Rolls Out Massive EV Discounts for March, Excludes Punch EV

In an ambitious move to clear its inventory, Tata Motors has announced significant discounts and benefits across its electric vehicle (EV) range this March, aiming to boost sales and make way for newer models. The offers extend to several EVs produced in 2023, including notable models like the Nexon EV and Tiago EV, with some 2024 models also featuring in the mix, though the Punch EV is notably excluded from this initiative.

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Motors introduces substantial discounts across its EV lineup, excluding the Punch EV, to clear unsold inventory.

The discount strategy encompasses various models manufactured in 2023, with some 2024 Nexon EV and Tiago EV models also seeing price reductions.

Potential buyers are advised to check with local dealers for specific offers in their area, as discounts may vary by location and are contingent upon stock availability.

For 2023 models, the Tigor EV offers up to Rs 1.05 lakh off, combining a cash discount with an exchange bonus.

The Tiago EV’s 2023 units feature up to Rs 65,000 in benefits, including a significant green bonus.

"No offer surpasses the value we’re now providing on the Nexon EV and Tiago EV models," said a Tata Motors representative.

2024 Nexon EV variants enjoy a green bonus of Rs 20,000, with no other discounts.

The most lucrative discounts apply to the Nexon EV’s pre-facelift versions, with savings up to Rs 3.15 lakh.

Nexon EV Prime and Max Spotlight

The Nexon EV Prime offers impressive specifications, including a 129hp motor and a 312km range.

Its counterpart, the Nexon EV Max, features a more powerful 143hp motor and a larger battery, boasting a 437km range.

"The significant markdowns on our Nexon EV Prime and Max models showcase Tata Motors‘ commitment to enhancing electric mobility’s reach," commented a Tata Motors official.

Expanding Access with the Nexon EV

The Nexon EV’s MR and LR versions come equipped with a 7.2kW AC charger, facilitating faster battery charging.

The MR variant is known for its 129hp output and a 325km range.

Conversely, the LR version steps up performance to 145hp, while offering an extended range of 465km.

Enhancing the Tiago and Tigor EV Experience

The Tiago EV is presented in two battery options, catering to varying range requirements.

Its mid-range version, with a 250km range, and the long-range option, stretching to 315km, emphasize Tata’s focus on diversity within its EV offerings.

The Tigor EV aligns with the Tiago in offering substantial discounts, presenting an attractive proposition for compact sedan enthusiasts.

Tata Motors’ strategic discounts on its EV range highlight the company’s push towards electrification and its commitment to making sustainable mobility accessible. With offers varying by city and subject to stock availability, interested buyers are encouraged to engage with local dealers for the best deals.
