An all-girls team from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad, emerged victorious in the 7th edition of the bl Boardroom Challenge, showcasing exceptional business strategy skills and winning ₹1 lakh.
JAMSHEDPUR – A duo from XLRI Jamshedpur, Ishita Kotian and Ejya Singh Sharma, was the runner-up in the bl Boardroom Challenge. The Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad, were the victors in the bl Boardroom Challenge.
An all-girls team, including Chinmaye Chorghe, Divya Kathotia, and Fiza Setia, led the institute to success.
Over 850 teams participated in the rigorous online preliminary rounds.
The competition highlighted the strategic prowess and innovation of business students nationwide.
In the virtual finals, the challenge was to engage millennials with mutual funds, requiring strategic product and marketing plans.
Eight business schools from different cities were finalists, presenting their innovative solutions.
The teams were tasked with making mutual funds an attractive investment for millennials.
The competition’s first runner-up was a duo from XLRI Jamshedpur, Ishita Kotian and Ejya Singh Sharma, awarded ₹75,000.
NMIMS Bengaluru’s team, consisting of Navedhay Jain, Anmol Mani Jha, and Ayush Narang, secured the second runner-up position with ₹50,000.
A Balasubramanian, MD and CEO of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, highlighted the contest’s role in drawing millennials to mutual funds.
The boardroom challenge, now in its seventh year, continues to attract top B-school talent, fostering innovation in financial strategies.
