JAMSHEDPUR – South Point School in Patamada became a hub of innovation on Saturday with the grand unveiling of its ‘STEAM Exhibition’, showcasing a myriad of student projects ranging from robotics to environmental solutions.
The event, inaugurated by luminaries including CAT National Secretary Suresh Sonthalia and other distinguished guests, emphasized the importance of hands-on learning in science and technology.
Students presented an impressive array of models and projects, demonstrating their prowess in robotics, AI-based systems, and sustainable solutions like river cleaning and smart garbage systems.
A two-day workshop accompanying the exhibition, conducted by Padmanabham Innovation Export from Jaipur, offered insights into AI, robotics, and the significance of skill-based education.
The school’s commitment to fostering innovation was evident as parents and guests lauded the creativity and ingenuity of the students’ work.
Shiv Prakash Sharma, the school’s chairman, and Shivam Sharma, the director, both underscored the crucial role of innovation in education and beyond.
