JAMSHEDPUR – The South Eastern Railway has announced several regulatory measures in the Adra Division to accommodate ongoing development works, affecting train services in the region.
The Asansol-Adra-Asansol MEMU Special (08644/08643) and Bhojudih-Chandrapura-Bhojudih MEMU Special (08665/08666) will be cancelled on specific dates in February 2024, impacting travelers planning to use these routes.
Additionally, the Tatanagar-Asansol-Barabhum MEMU Special (08174/08652), Kharagpur-Hatia-Kharagpur Express (18035/18036), and Asansol-Purulia-Asansol Special (03594/03593) will experience short terminations or originations at Adra, altering their usual routes.
The Tatanagar-Hatia Express (18601) will be diverted via an alternative route on several dates, bypassing the usual path to facilitate the construction and upgrade efforts in the division.
