Tata Steel Reconstitutes Committees, Includes Union Representatives
Tata Steel, in a significant organizational reshuffle, has reconstituted its House and Quarter Allotment Committees, integrating union representatives and key executives, aiming for enhanced employee relations and streamlined operations.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a strategic move, Tata Steel has restructured its Quarter Allotment Committee, incorporating prominent union figures and senior management.
The committee now includes union assistant secretary Ajay Chaudhary, alongside members Ajay Kumar Thakur, Binod Ram, D Krishna Murthy Raju, Gulab Yadav, Neeraj Naveen Kumar, Raj Kumar Verma, Rajesh Kumar, Rakesh Kumar Singh, Rakesh Shukla, Satish Kumar Sinha, Shivshankar Singh, and Shyam Babu.
This integration signifies Tata Steel’s commitment to employee engagement and collaborative decision-making.
Similarly, the House Allotment Committee has been freshly reconstituted, featuring Hormez Todiwala, Chief Corporate Services Pranay Sinha, Chief HRIR Jubil Palia, and Manager Estate Abhishek Pandey as members, with Vice President HRM Atrayee Sanyal chairing the committee.
Union representation in this committee includes President Sanjeev Chaudhary Tunnu, General Secretary Satish Singh, Deputy President Shailesh Singh, and Treasurer Harishankar Singh.
These appointments mark a vital step in Tata Steel’s efforts to strengthen ties with its workforce and enhance operational efficiency.
Notably, Harmez B Todiwala, Head Employee Services, has been given a significant role in both committees, reflecting the company’s focus on harmonizing employee services with overall corporate objectives.
