Condolences Expressed for Naresh Prasad During Election Committee Meeting

The Election Committee of Tata Workers Union (TWU) held a meeting to discuss the upcoming by-election and express condolences for a recent tragic accident.

JAMSHEDPUR – On Saturday, the Election Committee of Tata Workers Union (TWU) held a meeting with Election Officer Shahnawaz Alam presiding over it.

The meeting started by expressing condolences for Naresh Prasad, a member of Tata Steel’s CRM department who tragically passed away in an accident.

The committee members paid their respects by observing a two-minute silence in his memory.

After expressing their condolences, the committee shifted their attention to preparing for the upcoming TWU by-election in 2024.

On Saturday, nomination forms for the election were distributed.

Asim Rai was the sole candidate who obtained a nomination form for constituency TWU/2024/054 from the Central Procurement Department.

The committee also had a discussion about the election procedures and explained the necessary steps to make sure that the election process runs smoothly and fairly.

The meeting highlighted the significance of keeping things transparent and efficient in the upcoming election.
