He highlighted the crucial role of clear financial understanding and discipline, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a transparent balance sheet.

Sabarwal also underscored the value of human-centric leadership and the need to foster a positive work environment.

He advised investing in top-tier machinery as a key to long-term business success.

On leveraging opportunities for business acceleration, Sabarwal provided key insights.

Additionally, he is championing environmental change, having initiated a project to plant one lakh trees.

The session, part of the ‘CEO Dialogue’ series by Young Indians Jamshedpur Chapter, saw Udit Aggarwal, the chapter’s chairman, as the conceptualizer.

Moderated by former chapter chairpersons Divya Taneja and Krishna Kharia, the dialogue took place at the United Club, marking a new initiative for young entrepreneurs and members.

Concluding his talk, Sabarwal highlighted his one-third business strategy: dividing profits equally between salaries, business development, and debt reduction, a method he believes is crucial for success in the competitive global market.
