Two Jugsalai Youths Assaulted by Inebriated Gang in Barigoda

Jamshedpur dairy operators face violent attack and robbery while delivering milk.

JAMSHEDPUR -Two young milk suppliers from Jugsalai were viciously attacked by a group of about a dozen intoxicated youths near Barigora, under Parsudih police station in Jamshedpur.

The incident occurred around 10:30 pm on Friday night.

Victims Neeraj Rai, a resident of Jugsalai Garabasa, and his friend Vicky from Shafiganj Mohalla sustained serious injuries.

Both managed to escape and save their lives.

Neeraj, owner of the Laddu Gopal milk dairy, stated that he was on his routine milk delivery to Barigora and nearby areas.

He and Vicky were also planning to attend a party in Golmuri later.

Upon reaching Barigora, they were confronted by 8-10 youths demanding money for liquor.

When refused, the assailants attacked, slashing Neeraj’s face with a razor and beating both severely.

The attackers also robbed them of Rs 8,800.
