Ranchi Tyre Dealers Association Demands Justice for Member’s Murder
Ranchi’s tyre traders unite in protest demanding swift justice for the murder of association member Gopal Srivastava.
RANCHI – In a unified show of solidarity, tyre traders from Jain Mandir Lane in Upper Bazaar, Ranchi, closed their shops on December 15, 2023, to protest the tragic demise of Gopal Srivastava, a member of the Ranchi Tire Dealer Association.
Srivastava, who ran Vansh Tyre, was fatally shot by unidentified assailants on Ratu Road last Monday.
Despite receiving medical attention at RIMS, he succumbed to his injuries.
The protest, conducted at 1 pm in Jain Mandir Gali, was overseen by officials from the Jharkhand Chamber.
Ranchi Tire Dealers Association President Vijay Sahu and Secretary Pankaj Jain vehemently condemned the attack.
They urged the administration for prompt action in apprehending and severely punishing the perpetrators.
The association has called upon its members to attend Gopal Srivastava’s funeral and pay respects to the departed soul, reflecting the community’s grief and demand for justice.
