Bhuiyandih, Bhaktinagar in Burmamines All Set to Get Tata Steel UISL Power

Thanks to Saryu Roy’s initiatives Bhuiyandih and Bhaktinagar to Receive Reliable Electricity from Tata Steel UISL

Jamshedpur’s Bhuiyandih and Bhaktinagar areas are poised for improved electricity supply as Tata Steel UISL collaborates with local authorities to enhance power infrastructure.

JAMSHEDPUR – Residents of Bhuiyandih and Bhaktinagar in the Burmamines area are on the brink of receiving a significant upgrade in their electricity supply, thanks to a joint effort by Tata Steel UISL and local authorities.

Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy spearheaded the final survey in these settlements on Wednesday, marking a critical step in the process.

Tata Steel UISL officials and JBVNL engineers accompanied MLA Roy, ensuring a comprehensive assessment.

The survey, critical for implementing TSUISL electricity in the area, was conducted in the presence of community members, signaling a collaborative approach.

This move follows a pivotal committee meeting at the Jharkhand Electricity Distribution Corporation Limited, discussing electricity provision from TSUISL to the Tata Steel area residents.

The feasibility survey by TSUISL and JVVNL engineers, overseen by MLA Saryu Roy and numerous residents, underlines the project’s urgency and community involvement.

MLA Roy’s directive to expedite the process has been met with widespread optimism, as residents anticipate timely electricity connections.

The community’s joy is palpable, with expressions of gratitude towards MLA Roy for driving this essential utility upgrade.

The survey, a blend of technical assessment and community interaction, included prominent local figures like Sudhir Singh, Amit Sharma, and numerous residents, highlighting its inclusive nature.

A committee meeting at the General Manager of Electricity’s office in Bistupur, held on Tuesday, further underlined the commitment to providing JUSCO electricity connections to the Tata lease area and adjacent settlements.

MLA Roy’s proactive stance extends to site selection visits for JUSCO power sub-stations in Shanti Nagar and Shaktinagar of Baridih, reflecting a broader electrification initiative.

The planned construction of a sub-station in Moharda, Odia School, and Bagunhatu, subject to discussions with the Revenue Secretary, showcases the expansive scope of the project.

With the commencement of cable laying in Moharda and the impending operational status of Nirmal Nagar sub-station, the region is set for a significant enhancement in power infrastructure.
