In a shocking incident, a Jamshedpur resident was shot near Pardih Kali Temple but managed to escape with a minor injury, highlighting rising criminal activities.

JAMSHEDPUR – A harrowing incident of gunfire occurred near Pardih Kali Temple under Chandil police station’s jurisdiction, targeting Saif Ali, a resident of Zakirnagar, Jamshedpur.

Ali, who had ventured near the temple on his bike, was suddenly attacked by two bike-borne assailants.

The first bullet narrowly missed him, but the second grazed his left hand, resulting in an injury.

He was promptly admitted to MGM Hospital for medical care, where his condition is reported to be stable.

In a similar incident, another youth, Kashya Ali from Azadnagar, Mango, Jamshedpur, was also shot in the hand by criminals in the same vicinity.

Kashya Ali reported that he was pursued by the assailants before being shot while stopping to urinate.

Both incidents highlight a concerning rise in criminal activities in the surrounding areas of Jamshedpur.

The local police at Chandil station have been notified, and investigations into these alarming attacks are underway.

Locals say these shootings underscore the urgent need for heightened security and vigilance in the region to combat the growing trend of such violent crimes.
