Government Schemes Brought to Villagers in Galudih at Special Camp
Jodisha Panchayat’s ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ camp provides locals with access to various government schemes.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a significant outreach initiative, the ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program was organized on Monday at the Jodisa Panchayat Secretariat premises under the Galudih police station area.
The event was inaugurated by Ghatshila MLA Ramdas Soren, BDO Unika Sharma, Zilla Parishad member Subhash Singh, Mukhiya Asha Singh, and Laltu Mahato through a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony.
The guests received a warm, traditional welcome at the camp.
This camp was pivotal in disseminating information about various government schemes to the villagers.
Different departments set up stalls and accepted applications from locals, with Abu’s residence stall attracting the most visitors.
JMM workers assisted in form filling, showcasing community involvement.
A total of 1200 applications were received across departments, indicating high engagement.
Key applications included 10 for pensions under social security, 18 for Ayushman cards, and 880 for Abua Housing.
Additionally, new ration cards, dhoti-saree, and blankets were distributed among various beneficiaries.
Notably, financial assistance under the Phulo-Jhano Ashirwad Yojana and CCL loans supported local self-help groups and individuals.
The Welfare Department facilitated the purchase of cycles for girl students through DBT and distributed pension approval certificates.
Savitri Bai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana beneficiaries received letters and checks, demonstrating the program’s broad impact.
