XLRI’s Fulcrum-2023 Conclave explores disruptive technologies and human-centric approaches in a world with limited resources.

JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI’s annual conclave, Fulcrum-2023, concluded successfully, focused on "Unlocking Value in a Resource-Constrained World."

Hosted by the Kautilya Consulting Club, the event brought together leaders from top consulting firms.

Fr. Donald D’Silva and Prof Sanjay Patro kicked off the event with an inaugural speech.

Navnit Singh of Korn Ferry underscored the role of human resources as a crucial yet limited asset, advocating for innovation and collaboration.

Mr. Aditya Shangloo of EY Parthenon, highlighted the significance of India’s startup ecosystem, and how consulting can propel initiatives like "Make in India."

Industry 5.0 took center stage in a panel led by Prof. Sunil Kumar Sarangi, featuring insights from Infosys Consulting’s Inder Dua on the role of the pharmaceutical sector.

Contributions from Zinnov’s Nikhil Kulkarni and Avasant’s Rakesh Patro broadened the discussion, touching upon the lingering challenges from Industry 4.0.

A second panel helmed by Prof. Saurav Snehvrat explored commercial strategies, with Kiran Pudi and Preeti Khattri focusing on pricing and talent optimization.

The conclave wrapped up with the PGDM(GM) batch winning the Fulcrum-2023 Case Competition.
