Kunal Sarangi Discusses Power Problems in Jamshedpur with Electricity GM

Focus on District’s Electricity Issues, Former MLA Kunal Sarangi Seeks Solutions from JBVNL General Manager

Meeting between Former MLA and General Manager of JBVNL in Jamshedpur leads to assurances on solving power problems in the district.

JAMSHEDPUR – Former MLA and Jharkhand Pradesh BJP co-spokesperson Kunal Sarangi met with Shravan Kumar, JBVNL General Manager of the Jamshedpur circle, on Wednesday.

The meeting focused on the power issues affecting various areas of the district, with Sarangi urging immediate resolutions.

Musabani BJP Mandal President Tushar Patar was also present during this discussion.

Sarangi brought to the General Manager’s attention that Musabani No. 3 ATF near Gayatri Mandir’s 11 KV power substation and other equipment have been damaged due to aging and overuse.

This issue has led to the puncturing and wastage of insulators, affecting about 1500 people in the Musabani town, where residents have suffered from heatwave for several months and children’s education has been impacted.

Additionally, Sarangi emphasized the need to replace the deteriorating 11000-volt wire from Lodhasuli to Katashmara and Pakuria with cable wire, as it presents a risk of untoward incidents.

He also recommended the placement of 100 kV transformers at Parsudih Vidyasagar Palli Mahto Bagan and Harharguttu market to manage heavy loads.

The General Manager assured departmental action to rectify these issues promptly.
