Yoga Experts Gather to Honor Excellence, Discuss Importance of Yoga for Health and Life

Kadma’s Sarkar Yoga Academy celebrated Silver Jubilee, prominent figures attend and discuss the importance of yoga for mental and physical well-being.

JAMSHEDPUR – Kadma’s Sarkar Yoga Academy, known for its prominence in the field of Yoga, marked its Silver Jubilee celebrations at Sakchi Ravindra Bhawan today.

District SSP Prabhat Kumar, former Vice-Chancellor of Kolhan University Dr. Shukla Mohanty, and other eminent personalities were present as guests.

Nishant Dayal, the Director, inaugurated the function.

Approximately 350 participants from different categories were awarded during the two-day district yoga competition by the esteemed guests.

The occasion was marked by the release of a souvenir commemorating the 25 years of the Academy by the SSP.

SSP Prabhat Kumar, in his address, emphasized the mental and physical benefits of daily yoga practice, inspiring others to follow his lead.

Dr. Shukla Mohanty stressed the importance of yoga in providing a disciplined life and connecting people with employment.

Anshu Sarkar, the Academy’s founder and director, described mental ability as superior to physical ability and credited it for winning even lost battles.

Various students and contributors to the Academy were honored, including awards for Yoga Lovers, Old Students, Best Helping Hand, Disciplined Student, and Obedient Student of Academy 2023.

The program’s success was attributed to the collaborative efforts of many, including Arjun Sharma, Ravi Shankar Newar, Lalita Sharma, and others.
