Zilla Parshad Purnima Malik Advocates for Electricity Problem Resolution

Zilla Parshad Purnima Malik presents a memorandum to the electrical executive engineer demanding a solution to escalating power issues.

Jamshedpur – Zilla Parshad Purnima Malik handed a memorandum to the electrical executive engineer, voicing concerns about the growing problem of inconsistent electricity supply in the Zilla Parishad area.

Malik noted that residents have been dealing with frequent power interruptions from evening through the night. The lack of a reliable electricity supply, coupled with the current heatwave, has especially affected the vulnerable groups such as the elderly, sick, and children in the area.

The memorandum includes demands for installing a new transformer, and setting up ten electrical poles each in Bhatta Basti, Rao Colony, Patra Basti, and Banerjee Lakdi Tall.

It also urges the installation of additional electrical poles in Dukhon Tola, Tilkagarh Lohar Basti, Gobra Tola, and Munda Basti, Jharkhand Basti. The issue of high tension wires needs addressing, with the installation of safety nets in residential areas being a proposed solution.

Malik issued a stern warning that a vigorous movement would ensue if the power issues remained unresolved. Debroto Biswas, Mojeeb, Gaurav, and others were part of the delegation accompanying Malik.
